Big Win For Welch Voters return Webster Groves mayor to a sixth term

At 20 years and five terms, Gerry Welch holds the distinction of being Webster Groves' longest-serving mayor. After the results of Tuesday's municipal election, Welch will add four more years to her longevity as the city's leader.
