Fun in the Sun Sports & Leisure, located at 121 N. Kirkwood Road, opened Friday, May 11. The store carries a selection of active apparel - from golf to yoga and tennis to running - inspired by a coastal lifestyle.
It is the first Midwest retailer of Loggerhead Apparel. The U.S.-made clothing company donates 10 percent of its gross sales to regional sea turtle conservation efforts.
"Our partnership with Loggerhead Apparel allows us to offer options to those in the local community who appreciate the importance of American manufacturing," said Nancy McGee, who co-owns and operates Fun in the Sun Sports & Leisure with her husband, Dan. "Their product line is an ideal fit for our coastal-inspired store."
